(1) Macrolides and lincosamides have the same target of action as this product, they are both bound to the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome, and can produce mutual antagonism when used in combination. (2) It may antagonize the bactericidal activity of penicillins or aminoglycosides, but it has not been demonstrated in animals.

Based on this product. Oral administration: per 1kg body weight, 0.1~0.15g for pigs and chickens. 2 times a day for 3 to 5 days. Fish 50~75mg. 1 time a day for 3 to 5 days.
20% Florfenicol water soluble powder has a certain immunosuppressive effect when used at a higher dose than the recommended dose.
(1) Chickens that lay eggs for human consumption should not be used during the egg-laying period; (2) Use with caution in breeders. It has embryotoxicity and should be used with caution in pregnant and lactating livestock; (3) It is contraindicated during vaccination or in animals with severe immunodeficiency; (4) In animals with renal insufficiency, the dose should be appropriately reduced or the dosing interval should be extended.
