Drug interactions

(1) Tilmicosin has the same target as other macrolides and lincosamines and should not be used at the same time. (2) the combination with β-lactams showed antagonism.

Withdrawal Time

27days before slaughter. Not for use in dairy cattle of breeding age, or in any cattle during the first 45 days of pregnancy (or first 45 days after removing bull)

Action and use

Macrolide antibiotics. Used for treatment of chicken respiratory diseases caused by Pasteurella and Mycoplasma.

Dosage and administration

Mixed drink: 0.3 ml per 1 L of water for chickens. For 3 days.

Adverse reactions

The toxic effect of this product on animals is mainly cardiovascular system, which can cause tachycardia and weakened contractility

Precautions

Tilmicosin oral solution is contraindicated in laying hens during the laying period.

Withdrawal Period

Chickens for 12 days.

Store in sealed condition, protected from light.
