30% Amprolium HCL Soluble Powder

Pharmacological effects  This product is effective against chicken tender and pile type Eimeria, lamb and calf coccidia. Amproline can inhibit the growth and reproduction of the first generation of schizonts. Take Eimeria in chickens as an example, the peak of action is on the third day after infection. In addition, it also has a certain degree of inhibitory effect on the gametophytes and sporophytes of the sexual cycle, and can be used to prevent and treat coccidiosis. The mechanism of action is that the chemical structure of amproline is similar to that of thiamine. Therefore, it can replace thiamine in the metabolic process of the insect body, causing the coccidia to develop thiamine deficiency and interfere with its metabolism.   Indications Amprolium HCL soluble powder Amproline hydrochloride is used in chickens, rabbits, calves and lambs, and it is effective against chicken tender and Eimeria acervulina, as well as lamb and calf coccidia.
