45% Tiamulin Hydrogen Fumarate Soluble Powder

Pharmacological effects Pharmacodynamics Tiamulin belongs to the pleuromutilin antibiotics, and it has bactericidal effect on sensitive bacteria at high concentrations. Inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the ribosomal 50S subunit. Tiamulin has good antibacterial activity against Mycoplasma and Treponema hyodysenteriae, and also has good antibacterial activity against most Gram-positive bacteria including Staphylococcus and Streptococcus (except Group D Streptococcus). It has a certain effect on Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, but has weak antibacterial activity against most Gram-negative bacteria. This product is compatible with aureomycin at a ratio of 1:4, which can treat pig bacterial enteritis, bacterial pneumonia, treponemal swine dysentery, and treat mycoplasma pneumonia, Bordetella bronchiseptica and Pasteurella multocida mixed infection. Pneumonia caused by significant curative effect. Pharmacokinetics Porcine oral administration is well absorbed. After a single dose, the bioavailability is about 85%, and the peak plasma concentration is reached within 2 to 4 hours. Drugs that enter the body are widely distributed, with the highest concentration in lung tissue. Tiamulin is extensively metabolized in the body to generate more than 20 metabolites, some of which have antibacterial activity. Tiamulin metabolites are mainly excreted in feces via bile, and about 30% are excreted in urine. Drug interactions (1) When used together with polyether antibiotics such as monensin, salinomycin, and methyl salinomycin, it can affect the metabolism of the above polyether antibiotics, causing slow growth, movement disorders, and paralysis in chickens ,even death. (2) Combined use with other antibiotics (such as macrolide antibiotics and lincomycin) that can bind to the 50S subunit of bacterial ribosomes may result in reduced drug efficacy due to competition for the same site of action. Action and use: pleuromutilin antibiotics. It is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of chronic respiratory diseases in chickens, mycoplasma pneumonia in swine, and actinobacillus pleuropneumonia, and it is also used for swine dysentery (red dysentery) and porcine proliferative enteritis (ileitis) caused by Treponema. Usage and dosage  based on this product. Mixed drinking: per 1L of water, 0.1~0.13g for pigs, for 5 consecutive days; 0.28~0.56g for chickens, for 3 consecutive days. Adverse reactions Pigs use normal doses, sometimes skin erythema. Excessive application can cause temporary salivation, vomiting and central nervous system depression in pigs. (1) It is forbidden to use it in combination with polyether antibiotics such as monensin, salinomycin, and methyl salinomycin. (2) Users should avoid contacting the drug with eyes and skin. Withdrawal period 7 days for pigs, 5 days for chickens. Storage  shading, sealed, and stored in a dry place.
