0.2% Estradiol Benzoate Injection

Compostion : Each ml contains estradiol benzoate 2 mg .   Description: Estradiol benzoate is an estrogen drug. The effect is the same as estradiol. It can make the endometrium proliferate, enhance the contraction of uterine smooth muscle, and promote the development and hyperplasia of mammary glands: large doses inhibit the release of prolactin, resist the effects of androgens, and can increase calcium deposition in the bones. This product is mainly metabolized in the liver, decomposed into estradiol, partly combined with sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), and the unbound free part binds to the estrogen receptor to the target tissue, and produces estrogen effect through transcription and protein synthesis. In the liver or kidneys, estrogen combines with glucuronic acid or sulfate groups to become water-soluble salts and is quickly excreted from the kidneys   Indication : Supply estrogen for female livestocks, stimulate oestrus and ovulation, increase efficiency of oosperm, and the number of embryo. Enhances the precision of the onset of oestrus and ensures a high fertility oocyte at ovulation . For prevention and treatmentofmany postpartum diseases such as hysteritis, uterus pyogenesis and colpitis . Stimulate secretion of latex .   Administration And Dosage : For intramuscular injection. Cattle : 5 - 20 mg ( 2.5 - 1 0 ml ) per time . Horses : 10 - 20 mg ( 5 - 1 0 ml ) per time. Sheep goats : 1 - 3 mg ( 0.5 - 1.5 ml ) per time . Pigs : 3 - 1 0 mg ( 1.5 ml - 5 ml ) per time. Dogs : 0.2 - 0.5 mg ( 0.1 - 0.2 5 ml ) per time .   Precaution : ( 1 ) early pregnancy animal is forbidden to use , lest cause miscarriage or fetal  malformation . ( 2 ) can be used for therapeutic use , but not detected in animal food . Withdrawal Time : Slaughter : 28 days . Milk : 72 hours Storage : Put in cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight .
