Tiamulin hydrogen fumarate is easy to be absorbed after oral administration in pigs. About 85% of a single dose is absorbed, and peak concentrations occur in 2 to 4 hours. It is widely distributed in the body, with the highest concentration in the lungs. Tiamulin hydrogen fumarate is metabolized in the body into 20 metabolites, some with antibacterial tranquility. About 30% of the metabolites are excreted in the urine and the remainder is excreted in the feces.

Prevention: 100g per 200 litre drinking water for 5-7 days.
Treatment: 100g per 100 litre drinking for 5-7days.
Calves, sheep and goats: I gram per 5 kg body weight during 5 days,
