Tilmicosin

Indication: Tilmicosin is a macrolide antibiotic, has inhibitory effect on gram-positive bacteria, some gram-negative bacteria, mycoplasma, spirochetes, etc.; it has stronger antibacterial activity than tylosin against Actinomyces pleuropneumoniae and Pasteurella. It is used for the treatment of bovine respiratory disease and enzootic pneumonia caused by Mannheimia (Pasteurella) haemolytica in sheep.
