Pharmacological action
1.The most effective animal antibiotics in Mycoplasma suis and ileitis maintain the normal function of the immune system of the respiratory mucosa to prevent pathogen escape. Treatment with Mycoplasma suis rapidly enters intestinal epithelial cells and acts on the ribosomes of intracellular Lawsonia to kill bacteria.
2.Improve overall immunity by promoting macrophage metabolism and increasing the number of macrophages and lysosomal proteins in macrophages.
3.Prevent PRRS replication.
Indication
Pigs: Treatment and methaphylaxis of swine enzootic pneumonia; Treatment of porcine proliferative enteropathy (ileitis); Treatment and methaphylaxis of swine dysentery.
Chickens:Treatment and methaphylaxis of respiratory disease associated with Mycoplasma gallisepticum in chickens.,
Turkeys: Treatment of respiratory disease associated with tylvalosin sensitive strains of Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale in turkeys.
Clinical application and adverse reactions
Tylvalosin preparations (such as premixes, soluble powders and granules) can be used clinically to prevent and treat swine asthma caused by Mycoplasma suis, swine dysentery caused by B. hyodysenteriae, and Lawsonia intracellularis Porcine proliferative enteritis and Mycoplasma gallisepticum infection caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum. Multiple field trials have confirmed that Tyvanectin has a significant effect on the treatment of swine asthma, swine dysentery and porcine proliferative enteritis, with high safety and no adverse reactions. Researchers administer the test pigs at 5 times, 10 times or even 20 times the recommended dose. The study found that tyvans had no effect on the pig’s body weight, feed intake, hematology, blood biochemistry, histopathology, etc., which was sufficient. It shows that tyvans has no adverse reactions when used on pigs, and it has high safety.
